• Pool safety inspections

• Compliance assessments

• Rectification works

• Pool fencing installation and upgrades

• Compliance certification assistance

All services are subject to availability and site assessment.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inspection or enquiry.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may vary if additional works are required due to unforeseen site conditions.

• Any variations will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

4. Compliance & Certification

While we provide inspections and rectification works to meet current ACT pool safety regulations:

• Final certification may be subject to approval by relevant regulatory authorities.

• We do not guarantee certification where external factors are outside our control.

• Compliance requirements may change in line with government legislation.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

• Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice.

• Late payments may incur additional fees or delay completion of works.

• Compliance certificates may not be issued until full payment is received.

6. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for inspections and works.

We reserve the right to refuse or suspend services if:

• The site is unsafe

• Access is restricted

• Animals are not secured

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an inspection:

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Late cancellations may incur a fee.

We understand emergencies happen and will always aim to be reasonable.
